1950s animated commercial from a legendary ad campaign for Piel's beer with the comedy duo Bob and Ray as Bert and Harry Piel. Animated by the New York wing of UPA for Young and Rubicam.
Speedy Alka Seltzer, created by the Wade Ad Agency in 1951, voiced by Dick Beals. Speedy appeared in over 200 ads between 1954-1965, and in scattered revivals since then.
A bunch of guys in turtlenecks and berets sing operetta-style in a giant bowl of bran flakes to sell you Post Raisin Bran. c.1973. This is the ad George Carlin was riffing about on his Occupation: Foole LP. Have fun!
