Hawaiian - MALANAI by Mr Dan Makaena and the Kaai Glee Club, released about 1910. This is the earliest Hawaiian music I have in my collection. All I could find about Dan Makaena was that he was one of "The Old Beach Boys". Very cool music! Enjoy!

Just acquired a small group of early Capitol label 78s, including this one, catalog number 101 - the very first Capitol release from 1942 with Paul Whiteman and his orchestra. I think Capitol wanted to make sure people noticed them! Enjoy!
