Seaweed salad, with spinach, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. For seaweed (use clearspring seaweed salad) which you can soak for ten mins, rinse and use. Dressing is made from, flak seed or hemp oil, chilli powder, teaspoon of edible yeast flakes, salt & pepper to season. Gorlicious kids!
