In a sitting up positon, lift feet up off floor and keep the legs bent at 90 degrees. Now round your back as you go down slowly keeping your hands behind the kees for balance, and come back up again. Try coming up without hanging on to your legs to pull yourself up. And try lots of arm variations for more added challenge. Intermedate to advanced.

I like to do wrist excercises to stregthen my punches, and v-sits are important. But your own training should consist of more than this, I couldn't fit everthing. I also did two finger push-ups...
