This is great alternative to almond milk, this is low in calories, and no fat/ low fat. This loaded with potassium, and delicious alone, or over chia seed porridge cereal! Great for those athlete's on the go and need to super charge before a run!

Today's run was 13.0 miles, and lots of steep hills!!

Training for 1/2 Marathon, coming up on May 20th, in South Carolina. This is a run for all the lovely ladies, lots of pink & girly! Training for 1/2 Marathon can be just as challenging, and hard work as when I trained for my 2 previous Marathons. With just 2 months, ago of running my Marathon (March 2012, I am ready to run again!
Keeping it plain & simple with what we label our self's, no matter what our eating habits are, can attract more people to ask questions and spark an interest.

After I have fallen in love with running, I still run even if I am going through detox! I have been detoxing and I am going for a 10 miler run today, My body releases good chemicals, feeling so good after running!!

April 13, 2012-Today is my last day to my MLG Green Challenge, & I went to have lunch with my Sweetie (Husband), did I make it through lunch without eating? I also went to the grocery & found some interesting looking fruits, and vegetable, that I have never eaten before.
