The Festival was started by the Dalai Lama, to promote the peace and the harmony. Japanese Festival was held in 2001, Miyajima Island (Hiroshima), produced by the musician Toshinori Kondo.
World-Wide musicians (Bali, Morocco, India, Laos, Australlia, etc...) are appeared, and Bill Laswell, Jah Wobble, System7, Kondo, play together.
