I'm posting this classic S.S. cartoon because it was highly requested. In fact, a couple people begged me to post it. This, along with the "O" cartoon, is very nostalgic to me. Eerie Indian music accompanies the cartoon.
Here is a great song from the 80's. A beautiful song by Ernie with great lyrics and a great tune. Ernie describes how the moon is a great place to visit but he doesn't want to live there. Special thanks to Sesame Street Workshop for allowing me to post this here. All copyrights and profits for ALL Sesame Street segments belong to them!
Here is one form the 80's that got pulled, so here it is again! Special thanks to Sesame Street Workshop for allowing me to post this here. All copyrights and profits for ALL Sesame Street segments belong to them!
Here is the end of the video. I posted this one because of the original ending Sesame Street music. This is the good old fashioned Sesame Street music I remember and grew up with. It's a shame it had to change just for change sake!
This one is a popular one. All the muppets sing and dance in the bathtub while Ernie is in there singing right along. Kind of strange! The famous honker muppets of the 80's star in this 1950's style song "Honk around the clock". The music and lyrics are very 50's sounding and the song title itself is an obvious parody of the 1950's song "Rock around the clock". That famous song was used in the first season of the 1970's TV show "Happy Days", a show about the 50's.
A group that looks much like ZZ Top sings about the letter Z in ZZ Blues! A bluesy kind of song and another great lesson for kids. Big Bird makes an appearance before the video begins here.
Here is the first video. A good tip for kids about how to stay healthy! Special thanks to Sesame Street Workshop for allowing me to post this here. All copyrights and profits for ALL Sesame Street segments belong to them!
Sorry about the lousy reception. This was recorded on late 1986 or early 1987. I'm not sure how old it is. A bit at the beginning got missed however. The scary shark ended up being a small fish.
Finally a complete version of this pig film that I missed recording in early 1986. I deleted the partial version I posted months ago to get the complete one here.
Here is and old one I remember from the early 70's. It's from the DVD set. A great lesson for kids about how baby chicks are born. As usual, great Raposo music in the background. I think this one has been posted but the audio is louder and clearer here!
Amazingly, Ernie decides to clean up before eating his cookies and decides to organize first by pairing up like things (like shoes and mittens)together. Unfortunately for him, Cookie Monster comes along to help. Ernie is, however, getting a taste of his own medicine. He bothers Bert all the time.
This one keeps disappearing so I'm posting it so it will stay. A man honors the letter U for all it does. This one is a better copy than the one I posted earlier.
