Eric had to finish his Leadership Saint Leo training today, so we decided to "decorate" his office and "congratulate" him for his job well done. This took about 4 hours of work and about 500 balloons but it was well worth the reaction. Thanks to all those involved... i doubt we will have any better jokes than from the time we blew up balloons :-D

My roommate Ryan (we call him Rhino) dancing to Miley Cyrus Party in The USA.. It was recorded on a cell phone (but converted to HD for youtube). He just randomly started dancing, so we had to get it on video. Thanks to Kasi, who filmed it from her Blackberry. Hope you all find this as funny as we did, and please do not flame....

this is a video of a technique called flash freezing
it involves bringing a liquid, in this case water below its freezing point rapidly. if done with very pure and clean water this will yeild a liquid and only upon agitation will this liquid become a solid
i used Cosco water which seems to be pretty pure
