FOOL THAT I AM by Floyd Hunt v-Gladys Palmer, recorded in 1946 and here released by for the first time by the author - Floyd Hunt - with vocals by Gladys Palmer. This song was covered by a bunch of folks and became quite popular, but not the original.
SUGARFOOT RAG by Red Foley. This record describes this song as a SQUARE DANCE SINGING. Never seen that before. Always thought this was Country Swing... Enjoy!
CHATTANOOGIE SHOE SHINE BOY by Red Foley. Very happy to find such a nice copy to transfer. Usually, these are played to death. The sound you hear is not enhanced, just the way it came off the record. Enjoy!
LONELY TROUBADOUR by Ted Lewis, recorded in 1929 and here released on a Columbia Blue Wax Disc with Columbia's custom Ted Lewis label. Don't see many of these! The custom labels are not too common and the blue discs are far and few between, but this is the first I've seen with the custom label on a blue disc. Enjoy!
