I'm not a kung fu man. just a chef who love music and foods.For this I thank God everyday that I have shown many peoples about Asian foods and culture.
This is not Japanese or Vietnamese rice pancake...it's N.E Thai's rice pancake " Knom Krok"...I made this video on Friday (3/11/2011). when I saw the news. My heart and prayer alway be with Japan...I was in Japan when I was in the service 1999...".Do not criticize other, but to help others in the time of needs".

This is a request from Marion. ( a friend from FB) who loves spicy foods and can kick ass in kung fu like me..Yeee haaa!
Ingredients
1/2- 1 lb chicken breast /pork/or beef (sliced thin)
2-3 Thai spur chilies or bell peppers
1-2 Tbsp Thai red curry paste
1/2-3/4 cup coconut milk
3-4 kaffir lime leaves or lemongrass
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp fish sauce

There are so many ways to make fried rice. with meat or without...
2-3 cups cooked rice
1-2 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1-2 tsp sugar (optional)
1-2 Tbsp soy, seasoning, or dark soy sauce
1-2 eggs (if you desire)
beef, chicken, shrimp, pork (if you desire)
Any kind of vegetables of your choice ( chopped or diced)
This is a popular appetizer in some part of Asia. We ( i am Asian) love to eat this in lettuces wrap...MMMM it sooooo good!

If you love Vietnamese's food as much as I do. you should make this easy and sample pork balls. serve on cold noodle salad (Bun Nem Nuag) with spicy sweet and sour sauce....WOW!!!!!
