This is the diamond in the rough, everyone. The March 5, 2004 brawl between the Flyers and the Senators. Because it's so long, I've split it up into three parts. Here's the first part, with the initial brawl, starting off with Brashear vs. Ray, then spilling over to the rest of the teams. Radivojevic takes on Van Allen, and Esche and Lalime go toe to toe.
The final part of all the fights. Includes Wade Redden and John LeClair bear hugging each other, Mark Recchi taking on Bryan Smolinski, and my favorite, Patrick Sharp absolutely pummeling Jason Spezza. Down goes Spezza!!!! Down goes Spezza!!!!!
A project I did in May that had to deal with The Great Gatsby, so why not Prohibition? Got some footage from a video, took some images off the Internet, and made my own appearances (everything credited though). Worked late into the morning, but got a 100 on it. BOOYAKAH!!!!
I made this music video back in March of 2005 to the song "Iris" by Goo Goo Dolls. I always had a vision of this song I wanted to bring to life. Hopefully, those who watch will see that nice guys go unnoticed, and if you notice them, they'll notice you. Got a 93 on it. Not bad, eh?
This was a Superbowl commercial I shot for my TV/Media class in February of 2007. I'd especially like to thank my neighbors for taking part in the commercial, and letting me post it on YouTube. Sorry for the black edges, needed to move it around in Final Cut Pro.
Out of 61 entries it placed 3rd; not bad, eh?
Filmed this in February/March of 2006 for our Super Bowl Commercials. Just like Wayne Gretzky, this was a 99! Voted number one by the media students (but number five by the focus groups). The nitwits probably didn't get it until five minutes later anyway! Enjoy!!!!
Created this one in May/June 2005. Not as good as the Iris Music Video, but it got like a 90. It's almost as if Ringo Starr had high school students in mind when he wrote "It Don't Come Easy." Long Live Ringo!!!
This was a promo that aired on our morning announcements for the Juniors vs. Seniors Powder Puff game back in December. I did the editing for this project. Liked the dark music in the background, which is "Carmina Burana" from Apocalyptica.
Probably my most successful one. Made it back in October/November of 2005. Still trying to get my friend to edit it to submit it to a film festival, but he's occupied for the summer. And yes, I really did get the LED board to say that! Got a 98 on this one, WOWZERS!!!!
This was a promo I did for the National Day of Silence back in April for Eastern Regional High School. The objective is to take a vow of silence throughout the day to protest the harrassment and discrimination that LGBT students face around the country.
This Super Bowl commercial for Pop Secret was voted 1st overall by the Eastern media students, and 2nd overall by the other students who viewed it (although I think they should've gotten 1st).
It was made by Karen Tayar, Brandon Hook, and Amanda Sylvester. Brandon Hook and Andrew Maher are the talent.
Very simple, yet very funny. Great job guys!! :-D
This commercial for Mountain Dew was done by Bria McHenry for media class. It was voted 9th overall by the Eastern students, but I thought it was so cool that I just had to put it on YouTube (with Bria's permission of course). Stop motion animation rules.
Awesome job Bria!!! :-D
BTW, if anyone wants to know, the song is "You Spin Me Right Round" by Dead or Alive.
